Pricing questions
What happens if I use all my minutes?
The assistant falls back to voicemail plus missed-call text-back until the month resets. There is no automatic overage billing — pay-as-you-go overage at $0.35/min exists only if you explicitly opt in to auto-recharge.
Is there a free plan?
Yes — Showroom is free forever: set up your business, meet your assistant in the demo playground, and run your schedule and invoices by hand. The assistant doesn't take live calls on the free plan.
How does the trial work?
Right now you don't need one — during the founding beta everything is free, with no card collected. When billing turns on, new signups will get 14 days of Front Desk live on their own number (60 minutes, 100 texts) with a card required; founding-beta businesses get 60 days' notice and an explicit opt-in before they're ever charged.
What does cancelling look like?
Cancel any time; service runs to the end of the paid period. Your phone number is parked for 30 days with two warnings before release, and you can export all your data before or after.
I run more than one business — do I pay twice?
No. Multi-business packs cover 3 or 5 businesses under one roof at a meaningful discount over separate subscriptions. Talk to us at support@conduit.app while packs UI ships.
