AI appointment booking

Books the visit while they're still on the line.

AI appointment booking means the assistant answering your phone books the visit itself: it checks your real availability, offers open times, and puts the one the caller accepts on your calendar before the call ends. Conduit books against your Google Calendar and your own capacity rules, syncs both ways so a block you add on your phone is respected, never writes a time the caller didn't agree to, and texts a confirmation with a link to reschedule once your carrier registration clears.

How does an AI receptionist find an open time?

It reads what you would. Your Google Calendar: anything you've put there blocks that time, and events marked free don't. Your working hours and closures. How many bookings can run at once, how long each service takes, and the gap you set between appointments. When a caller asks for a time, it tells them truthfully whether that time is open and offers the nearest openings if it isn't, naming the time zone so nobody turns up an hour off. It reads the booking back, and writes it only after the caller says yes.

    • Your Google Calendar — your own events block time; free ones don't
    • Your hours, closures, and how many bookings can run at once
    • How long each service takes, plus the gap you set between appointments
    • Only a time the caller accepted, read back before it's written

What happens after the AI books the appointment?

The visit shows up on your Google Calendar within seconds and on the Schedule board in Conduit. After the call, the customer gets a confirmation text with a link to reschedule or cancel — no login needed — then a reminder the day before and, if you like, another that morning. Texts go out once your one-time carrier registration clears; until then, confirmations go by email. Every text waits for quiet hours to end in your business's time zone.

Can callers reschedule or cancel on their own?

Yes, two ways. They can call back, and your assistant moves or cancels the booking — but only one made from the number they're calling from; it never reveals or touches anyone else's appointment. Or they can use the link in their confirmation. You're told about every change, and if you'd rather approve each one, set reschedules and cancellations to ask you first. Your assistant can also book a callback or an estimate visit when that's what the caller needs.

What won't it do when it books?

Google Calendar is the one calendar it connects to today; Outlook and Microsoft 365 aren't connected. It never states a price, on the phone or in a text. It won't book outside your hours, into a closure, or over something already on your calendar. It doesn't map addresses or work out travel time — the gap between appointments is the one you set. And it takes no deposits or payments.

    • Google Calendar only — not Outlook or Microsoft 365
    • Never states a price
    • No bookings outside your hours, into closures, or over your events
    • No route planning; no deposits or payments

Booking is in every plan

Every plan gets the whole assistant. Plans differ by minutes, texts and locations — never by what it can do. Free to set up, no card; paid when you go live.

    150 minutes · 300 texts

about a dozen real conversations a week

  • TeamMost popular

    Two locations, one bill.

    $299/month

    600 minutes · 1,500 texts

2 locations · about 50 real conversations a week across both locations

Minutes only count when a real person talks to your assistant. Spam, robocalls, and hang-ups under ten seconds are refunded to your pool. At your plan's limit, your assistant takes messages — no overage, ever.

Texting switches on after a one-time carrier registration — typically 1–3 weeks after you sign up, sometimes longer. Calls work from day one.

If Conduit isn't right for you, cancel within 30 days of going live and your first payment is refunded in full. The guarantee covers your first subscription payment; minute and text packs aren't refundable. How the guarantee works

Common questions

AI appointment booking, answered

Does it work with Outlook or Apple Calendar?

Not today. Google Calendar is the one calendar Conduit connects to, two ways; Outlook and Microsoft 365 aren't connected, which is worth knowing before you sign up.

Will it double-book me?

No. It checks your calendar and your capacity before it offers a time, and a booking is refused if the slot filled in the meantime. Events you add in Google Calendar block those times in near real time.

Do I have to connect Google Calendar?

No. Bookings land on the Schedule board in Conduit either way. Connecting Google Calendar puts them on the calendar you already use and lets your own events block time.

Will it quote prices when it books?

No. It never states a price. When a caller asks what something costs, it takes their details and the question waits for you as a lead, so the number always comes from you.

What does AI appointment booking cost?

Booking is in every plan, not an add-on: Solo $79 a month for 150 minutes and 300 texts; Team $149 a month for 350 minutes and 750 texts; Office $299 a month for 600 minutes and 1,500 texts across 2 locations. Minutes count only when a real person talks to your assistant — robocalls, spam and hang-ups under ten seconds are refunded to your pool — and at your plan's limit it switches to taking messages instead of billing an overage.
