Every booking gets a confirmation text, a day-before reminder, and (if you like) a morning-of reminder. Customers can confirm or reschedule by reply. A booking made moments ago isn't reminded on top of its own confirmation — reminders pick up once the booking is a few hours old, and every text is held to quiet hours (8am–9pm in your business's time zone). Until your carrier texting registration clears, confirmations go by email.
