Your assistant books real jobs into real openings. You set how many jobs can run at once and your working hours; it never double-books and always reads the booking back to the caller. The schedule board shows everything.

Reschedule & cancel by phone. When a customer calls back to move or cancel, your assistant handles it — but only for a booking made from the number they're calling on. It never reveals or touches anyone else's appointment. You're always notified when something changes (set reschedule/cancel to "ask me first" in your guardrails if you'd rather approve each one). An emergency on an emergency-eligible service can be booked sooner than the normal lead time.

Callbacks & estimates. Your assistant can also put a callback or an estimate visit on the calendar — handy for "have someone call me back" or a sales call — booking the next open slot when no time is given.
