There's nothing to install: open Conduit in your phone's browser and sign in. Anything that needs your OK — a follow-up booking to confirm, a suspicious repeat booking — shows up under Needs you on Home, with Approve and Deny right on the card (and Undo for a few seconds after). Press Notify me on the Approvals page and it reaches your lock screen too; it's the same decision, recorded the same way, wherever you make it.
From a call you can also press Call back and it rings the caller from your own phone. When you've already been texting, the message button beside it takes you to the thread to reply. On a lead, Call (it carries their first name) and Text do the same. The text goes out from your business number through Conduit, so it's logged with the conversation and respects quiet hours: a late-night reply is queued and sent at 8am in your business's time zone, and Conduit tells you when that happens.
