Conduit support is a real person who reads every email — no ticket bots, no phone tree, and no queue. If something is confusing or broken, that is a bug on our side, and we want to hear about it.
Email: support@conduitapp.ai. Replies come as fast as humanly possible, usually the same or next business day.
Inside the app: tap the ? in the top bar to open Get help — search these guides, jump to the "Begin here" series, or hit "Email support." When you email from there, we prefill a subject and a few useful details (your plan, the page you're on) so you don't have to explain the setup. It's all visible before you send — delete anything you'd rather not share.
On setup and go-live screens: every step has a quiet "Talk to a human" link, so you're never stuck with nowhere to turn.
We never ask for your password, and we never need your customers' call recordings to help — so don't paste anything you wouldn't want in an email.
