The two-hour lunch button on the app's Home screen — labeled with your assistant's name — hands your calls to your assistant with a short timer: it switches back to you automatically two hours later, no need to remember to flip it back.
The regular Hand off button covers you for the rest of the day and clears itself at midnight. Both are flipped on Conduit's side: what actually happens to a live call still depends on how your line is connected — the words under the switch always tell you exactly what it will do on your line.
