Add the services you offer and the questions customers ask most ("Do you do emergency calls?", "What's your service area?"). The more you add, the fewer messages it has to take.

A promise we keep: your assistant never invents a price. It only repeats prices you gave it, and if it doesn't know, it takes a message or books a visit instead of guessing. That honesty is the whole point.
