Conduit has one job: answer your phone, book work, and text people back — then show you what happened. This guide is a two-minute map of the Home screen so you always know where to look. You'll never need to understand anything technical to run it.
The menu on the left
Everything in Conduit is reachable from the left-hand menu. Four places cover almost everything you'll do.

- Your assistant ①. This is where you name it, pick its voice, and choose what it can and can't do.
- Inbox ②. Your assistant checks with you before doing anything sensitive. Those requests wait here — usually a two-minute read in the morning.
- History ③. A record of every call and text, each with its recording, full transcript, and outcome.
- Schedule ④. The calendar. Every job your assistant books shows up here automatically.
Your day at a glance
The Home screen itself is a summary of your shop right now. Three things are worth knowing.

- Connect your phone ①. Until your calls are pointed at your assistant, this row shows you exactly how to do it. Once you're connected, it's your quick reference.
- Today's briefing ②. A running, plain-English summary — calls answered, jobs booked, messages taken.
- Needs your attention ③. The one list that's worth a daily look. If it's empty, you're all caught up.
The 30-second daily habit
Open Home once a day and glance at Needs your attention. If it's empty, you're done — your assistant handled everything else on its own.
What's next
Once you know your way around, the next step is connecting your phone so real calls start reaching your assistant.
Common questions
Do I need to check Conduit every day?
No. Your assistant handles calls and texts on its own. Most owners glance at Home once a day and only step in when something is waiting in "Needs your attention."
Where do I change my assistant's name or voice?
Open your assistant from the button at the top of the left menu, then use its settings. Nothing you change there affects calls already in progress.
