Activation is pay-first: the price is shown and confirmed before anything charges, and every plan carries a 7-day money-back guarantee. There are no overages — at your cap the assistant degrades gracefully, never a surprise bill.

When you confirm, your assistant is created and a business number is provisioned. That usually takes a minute or two.
