Caller name, number, and email in your call log

Every answered call shows the caller's name, number, and email when given, captured during the call and shown in your call log beside the transcript.

Every answered call shows who it was — not just a phone number. When a caller gives their name, company, callback number, or email, your assistant captures it and it appears in the Calls log and on the call detail, right alongside the recording and transcript.

Where it comes from: your assistant asks naturally during the call ("and your name and best number?"), reads the number back to confirm, and offers once to take an email. After the call, a second pass double-checks the transcript so nothing gets dropped.

When it's blank: if a caller withholds their number or never gives a name, we show the formatted phone number we do have and leave the rest empty — we never invent a name or a callback.

Your customer list stays in sync: captured details fill in your contact for that caller (without overwriting anything you've already entered), so returning callers are recognized next time.
