Your assistant has its own page — think of it as the assistant's dashboard. It's where you see everything it can do, what it already knows about your business, and where you go to fine-tune any of it. Open it from the glowing button at the top of the left menu.
What you're looking at
Two areas do most of the work.

- Capability health ① tells you, at a glance, what's connected and working versus what still needs one small step from you. Green means it's running; anything marked "needs you" has exactly one thing left to finish.
- The manage cards ② are your shortcuts: what your assistant knows (your prices, hours, and common answers), its voice and limits, and its phone and routing — its number and who answers when.
The tabs
Along the top you'll find four tabs:
- Overview — the at-a-glance read above.
- Capabilities — every skill your assistant runs (answering calls, booking jobs, texting back, screening spam), with a switch and status for each.
- Knowledge — what it knows about your business: services and prices, hours, policies, and the questions customers ask most. The more you add here, the sharper it is.
- Voice & status — its name, the voice callers hear, and limits like how long a call can run.
Teach it once, benefit on every call
The time you spend in Knowledge pays off on every single call. A few extra FAQs and an accurate price list are the difference between "let me have someone call you back" and your assistant answering the question on the spot.

Common questions
Can I rename my assistant or change its voice?
Yes. Open the Voice & status tab (or "Fine-tune voice & limits") to change its name, pick a voice, and set limits like maximum call length. Callers on a live call aren't affected — changes apply to the next call.
What does "needs you" mean on a capability?
It's a capability that's switched on but still needs one thing from you to run at full strength — usually a connection, like linking your calendar. Open it and it tells you the single step left.
Will changing something here interrupt calls in progress?
No. Your assistant keeps answering throughout. Anything you change takes effect on the next call or text.
