Running more than one business

One account can run several businesses — each with its own number, assistant, brain, and inbox, fully separate. Switch between them from the workspace menu at the top of the sidebar.

How many you can run depends on your plan: Solo and Growth each run one business, and the Office plan includes a second location (two in total). When you try to add one past your plan's limit, we'll point you to upgrade rather than quietly stopping you.

Adding one: open the workspace menu → Add business, give it a name, and you'll land in setup to finish it (type, hours, assistant).

If you downgrade: we never delete a business. The newest ones past your new limit lock read-only — their assistant stops taking live calls, but all their data stays put and comes right back the moment you upgrade again.
