Taking the tour and finding your way around
A short guided tour runs on your first visit; replay it anytime from Get help or the setup checklist. First-visit tips point out each screen as you go.
The first time you land in your Office after setup, a short welcome tour points out the four things that matter most: the activity feed, your Inbox, the setup checklist, and where to get help. It's four steps — you can finish it or dismiss it at any time.
How do I replay the tour?
Two ways, whenever you want it:
- Get help — tap the ? in the top bar, then "Show me around." This runs the full tour, which visits every main screen.
- Setup checklist — the "Finish setup" tracker has a "Show me around" link too.
What are the tips on each screen?
The first time you open Schedule, your assistant, or the Inbox, a small tip appears explaining what that screen is for. Dismiss it once and it won't come back — these are per-screen, saved to your account.
Does it get in my way?
No. The welcome tour is the only thing that dims the screen, and only that once. The per-screen tips are quiet — the page stays fully usable while they're showing. If you use reduced-motion, the animations become instant.
Common questions
The tour won't stop popping up. How do I turn it off?
It plays once. If you dismiss it or finish it, it stays gone — the "seen" state is saved to your account, so it won't reappear on another device either.
Can I take the tour again later?
Yes. Open Get help (the ? in the top bar) and pick "Show me around," or use the "Show me around" link on the setup checklist.
