What happens to your data

Your business data — contacts, bookings, leads, call history, messages, and everything you taught your assistant — belongs to you, not us. We process it to run your front desk; we don't sell it, rent it, or use it to advertise. We never train AI models on your data, and the AI providers we use are contractually barred from doing so too.

You can take all of it with you at any time. Settings → Workspace → Export my data (under Your data) downloads everything in one zip: contacts, bookings, leads, call log, and messages, plus your whole setup — services, hours, FAQs and policies, approval rules, and your customers' opt-out list. No request form, no waiting on us.

Call recordings are deleted automatically 90 days after the call. Transcripts and everything else stay while your account is active.

If you delete your account, export first if you want a copy — deletion is immediate. Three things are kept by design: your customers' text opt-outs (so a STOP stays honored), a security and audit trail of account actions, and an anonymous record of what the assistant did — no names, numbers or transcripts. Everything else is deleted immediately, recordings included.

What it costs: nothing. Owning your data isn't a plan feature; it's how the product works on every plan.
