Night school — how your assistant gets better over time

Each night Conduit reviews the day's calls and drafts optional knowledge fixes and safe wording tweaks for your approval; nothing changes without your OK.

Every night, Conduit reviews the day's calls and looks for spots where your assistant could have done better — a booking chance it didn't take, a question it couldn't answer, a rough moment, or a slow reply. The next morning, if there's anything worth your time, you get one short "Night school" note in your inbox. Never more than one a day, and never anything sent to your callers — Night school only ever talks to you.

Two kinds of fixes, both need your OK. Nothing ever changes on its own.

  • Knowledge fixes — when a caller asked something your assistant didn't know, Night school drafts an answer from what it heard. Approve it and it joins your assistant's knowledge, so the next caller gets a real answer.
  • Wording tweaks — small, safe improvements to how your assistant phrases a greeting or offers to book. These are always tested against our safety checks before you ever see them, and they never touch the legal recording notice, emergencies, quiet hours, or your prices.

Your weekly report card. Monday mornings, you get a short summary: how many calls your assistant handled, how often it answered, how many booking-ready callers it booked, and whether things are trending up. Numbers, not fluff — so you can see the receptionist you have in month three is measurably better than the one you hired.

Everything Night school suggests is optional. Approve what helps, ignore what doesn't.
