Press ⌘K (Ctrl-K on Windows) — or click the search box across the top that reads "Search calls, leads, jobs…" (on a phone, the magnifying-glass button) — and search everything: contacts, calls, texts, inbox items, bookings. Fuzzy is fine: 'the lady who called about Tuesday' finds Judy. The same box jumps to any page and the everyday actions too — type "closure" or "texting" and press Enter.
