While your assistant is on a call, it can text the caller a helpful link without breaking the conversation — your services page, directions, their appointment manage-link, a callback confirmation, or your website. The caller hears "I just texted that to you" and the message lands in the same text thread you already see in your inbox.
The message text always comes from your own business details — the assistant picks which link, never writes its own wording, and never texts prices. If a text can't go out (the caller opted out of texting, or you've used the month's included texts), the assistant says so honestly and offers a follow-up instead.
What it costs: Counted against your plan's included texts, like any other message. Needs carrier texting approval.
